It is truly important to take care of yourself inside and out. Right now, choose to let go of the stress, and allow simpler, less complicated life. Take good care of yourself, so that your inner beauty would glow.
And when you catch sight of that beautiful woman in the mirror, smile at yourself. It gives you confidence and joy that no other things or cosmetics can replicate.
